Probably the best curry recipe, and very easy to make. It uses chicken but alternative ingredients may be fine.
Place the chicken fillet in a frying pan, with oil for frying.
If you want a hot version then add 1 or 2 teaspoons of chilli powder to the chicken [and keep the lid on to prevent chilli vapour escaping!].
Fry over a moderate heat for about 10 minutes; turning it over half way. [Turn the heat down and wait 10 seconds before opening the lid.]
Meanwhile, add a banana and two plums (cut into quarters) to a dish and microwave for two minutes.
Mix in hot curry powder (about one or two dessert spoons, depending on your preference). Add water if needed to produce a sauce of satisfactory consistency.
After initial cooking of the chicken, add the above sauce and more water if and when required.
Simmer for five minutes.
Add the tomatoes (cut into halves).
Simmer for five minutes.
This is the best curry I have ever tasted, and cooked myself!
